Alpine Lofts provides seasonal paid group experiences in Kumrat Valley, Upper Dir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Five-day, four-night Kumrat group experiences from Islamabad for 10 guests using one Deluxe Loft and two cars during the operating season.

• Group package: PKR 14,750 per person/night for the four-night Deluxe group package

One Deluxe Loft, two cars from Islamabad and back, meals, and local experiences are included. The public price is PKR 14,750 per person/night for four nights. After a date is chosen, the booking page shows each guest's full four-night amount. Each guest pays Alpine directly using their own link, and any approved benefit or discount applies to that person. The person starting the booking pays first; friends receive their links after that payment is verified. The remaining payments are due within 5 calendar days of the first payment and at least 7 days before check-in. You pay separately only for personal shopping or meals you choose outside the package. MoU Loft is a separate coming-soon waitlist and does not create a payment or reservation.

The five-day / four-night Deluxe group package is publicly priced at PKR 14,750 per person/night. The booking page shows the paying person's full 4-night seat total before online payment unless Alpine Lofts publishes a later seasonal update. Each guest has their own seat and payment record. Any Alpine-approved benefit, discount, refund, cancellation, or date-change handling applies to the relevant person's payment record.

Guests review their own per-person trip amount before checkout. Online payments are processed securely. Cash is not accepted. A payer confirms only their own payment through verified online payment. Verified starter payment opens the Deluxe group hold and does not pay for seats 002-010. The remaining 9 seats must be paid through their own payment links within 5 calendar days of starter payment and at least 7 days before check-in. Self-serve online checkout is available only when check-in is at least 12 days away; closer dates require manual approval.

If the remaining seats are not paid by the deadline, Alpine Lofts may release the reservation. Unpaid participants can be replaced, or the initiator may ask Alpine support to help with extra seats, before the deadline. If the group fails to complete, participant seat payments should be refundable. The initiator's first-seat lock payment is non-refundable unless Alpine cancels, weather or access makes delivery impossible, or there is a confirmed duplicate/payment error.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact details, participant emails, travel dates, post-payment digital waiver signature, and arrival information. Guests must follow property rules and local guidance during the stay.

MoU Loft is a coming-soon exchange waitlist. A waitlist submission does not create a booking, payment, inventory hold, or confirmed eligibility.

Kumrat Valley access can be affected by weather, road conditions, seasonal closures, and local restrictions. Alpine Lofts may contact guests to adjust arrival planning where conditions require it.

Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed by Alpine Lofts support. Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing, weather or access disruptions, duplicate payments, failed payment handling, or failed booking confirmation.
