This may include name, phone number, email address, travel dates, seat count, extension declarations, digital waiver signature, dietary notes, and booking notes.

We use booking and contact information to respond to inquiries, prepare trip details, send booking updates, support payment review, and handle cancellation or refund requests.

Online payments are processed through PayFast/APPS. Alpine Lofts does not ask guests to send full card, bank, CNIC, or password details through the website contact form.

We share information only where needed to provide the booking service, process payment support, comply with law, or protect guests and the property.
