Refund review
Refund eligibility is reviewed by Alpine Lofts support. Approval depends on the package details, payment status, cancellation timing, and the reason for the request.
Eligible situations
Refund review may apply for timely cancellation requests, weather or access disruptions, duplicate payments, failed booking confirmation, or payment errors confirmed through support.
Payment handling
Online payments are processed through PayFast/APPS. Where a refund is approved, Alpine Lofts will coordinate the refund route based on the payment record and available processor handling.
How to request
Contact support@alpinelofts.xyz or 0332 4526775 with your name, package dates, payment reference if available, and reason for the refund request.
